My girlfriend has over 7 years in clerical work. Two were as a legal secretary, and 5 was in the flooring industry. She has done accounts payable, accounts receiveable, data entry, data reconciliation, office manager, and pretty much everything else you need to do to keep the paperwork for a business up to par. She even has plenty of accounting experience.
