Last night, the call for speakers for the annual DotNetNuke OpenForce conference begun.  Right now, the DotNetNuke Corporation is focusing on OpenForce North America, to be held in conjunction with DevConnections in Las Vegas.  Joe Brinkman announced the call for speakers via twitter.  Having gotten to know many of the more visible and prominent members of the DNN community over the last year, including Core Team members, I really wish I had submitted a session last year.  I think I will make a few submissions this year.  Why might one want to do that?…

Submitting a session that gets chosen has its perks.  You get a free registration into not only the OpenForce conference, but also DevConnections.  You also get 4 nights paid stay at the Mandalay Bay Casino and Hotel, where the who’s who will be staying as well.  The Mandalay Bay is a 4-star hotel.

If you are a speaker-type, and have given at least one technical presentation in the past, I suggest that you submit a session.  Speaking has it’s own rewards, even without the perks that I just mentioned.
