I was at Home Depot last night getting some supplies and noticed something very cool!

Last night, I was picking up a couple of supplies for tonights ODUG meeting.  When I walked into Home Depot, I saw something very cool that really surprised me.  It was a compact flourescent lightbulb recycling station!

Home Depot - Compact Flourescent Lightbulb Recycling Station

For those of you that do not already know, these lightbulbs are very energy efficient, but the chief complaint about them is that they contain mercury, so there was an underserved need to give an avenue for consumers to recycle them, rather than throw them away.

Now, we can just drop them off at Home Depot!  Thanks!
